Proposals

The Accessibility Team for Assessments can partner with sales teams, legal teams, and proposal development teams to review and respond to accessibility related requirements in Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The Accessibility Team for Assessments will assign a designated contact to work through requirements for new business opportunities.

The designated accessibility contact will:

  • attend proposal status meetings.
  • participate in solutions design.
  • identify technical gaps in our current solutions and escalate those gaps to the development teams. review the RFP, RFI, or other sales request and identify all requirements related to accessibility.
  • write text responses for assigned requirements.
  • assist with identifying or reviewing the technical capabilities of subcontractors or vendor partners.
  • review text that relates to accessibility requirements authored by other teams.
  • gather Accessibility Issue Reports (AIRs) for products when this documentation is required.

The Accessibility Team for Assessments includes a number of resources with unique knowledge, skills, and abilities that may provide Pearson with a business advantage. Your assigned contact can support you in creating a compelling response to Pearson’s capabilities to meet and exceed the client’s expectations related to delivering accessible assessments and providing student or candidate accommodations.
