  • Analyst - An Analyst is someone who gathers requirements, creates user stories, and ensures deliverables are met.
  • Author - An Author is someone who creates text, graphics, audio, and/or video content.
  • Publisher - A Publisher is someone who captures publishing requirements, coordinates planning and issue management, provides costing, and serves as customer contact.
  • Designer - A Designer is someone who designs product presentation, functionality, features, and operations.
  • Developer - A Developer is someone who codes and delivers product functionality based on requirements.
  • Tester - A Tester is someone who conducts functional and non-functional testing of products.
  • Product Owner / Manager - A Product Owner / Manager is someone who manages and oversees product implementation, feature prioritization, and change requests.
  • Project Manager - A Project Manager is someone who keeps processes of building a product or other tasks organized and on track.
  • Relationship Manager - A Relationship Manager is someone who is responsible for sales, marketing, program management, and overall customer service.
  • Leadership - A person in Leadership is someone who serves as a people manager and provides other support functions as directed by Executive Leadership.
  • Executive Leader - An Executive Leader is someone who oversees legal, procurement, conformance, administrative duties, budget, governance, branding, and other support functions.
