Compliance and monitoring of laws and regulations related to people with disabilities ensures that assessment processes and strategies continue to meet education laws, Web accessibility standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Ongoing monitoring is the periodic assessment of processes and strategies to identify barriers to accessibility and remove them, as well as keeping abreast of legal updates. This allows us to effectively support states and districts in understanding and applying evidence.

This work includes collaborating with the Pearson Assessments Legal Counsel to keep leadership apprised of the potential impact of U.S. and international laws, policies, and accessibility standards on Pearson Assessments.
