Research Studies

Usability studies and other forms of primary user research give us a structured, methodical approach to understanding our users. Through such studies we are able to inform the design of our products and services; validate assumptions, and reduce the cost of reaching success. We conduct studies with all education stakeholder groups, including students, teachers, administrators, and parents.

We routinely conduct one-on-one researcher-moderated usability studies in physical locations or remotely via web-based interaction as appropriate. These studies allow us to get a clear understanding of how accessible, usable, and useful our products are for a wide audience of consumers. The results of these studies are then reported back to Pearson developers who work to remediate identified issues and improve the usability of our products.
